Empowering Voices, Elevating Standards (QEC)

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) (COM) successfully conducted a series of interactive awareness sessions with MBBS 1st, 2nd, and 4th Year students, highlighting the importance of student feedback in strengthening academic quality and institutional excellence. The sessions focused on teacher evaluations, mentorship feedback, course/module evaluations, and annual student feedback through institutional Google-based feedback systems.
🎤 Dr. Zakia Bano (Acting Director, QEC) emphasized the importance of constructive student feedback in enhancing teaching effectiveness, academic standards, and continuous institutional improvement. She encouraged students to actively participate in the feedback process as responsible stakeholders in quality education.
📘 Dr. Alfarah Rehmatullah (Deputy Director, QEC) briefed students regarding PMDC guidelines and highlighted the role of feedback and quality assurance in maintaining academic excellence within MBBS education.
📊 Dr. Abeer Athar Khan (Member, QEC) delivered an informative and addressed students’ query in an engaging manner. The sessions were efficiently coordinated and hosted by Dr. Saba Arif (Member, QEC), who served as the focal person for QEC-COM throughout the sessions.
Furthermore, Dr. Ayesha Khatoon and Dr. Suwaiba (Member, QEC) provided valuable insights regarding departmental six-monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reinforcing the institution’s commitment to performance monitoring and continuous quality enhancement.
