Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik, Controller of Examination, is the senior-most officer responsible for managing and supervising all exam-related activities. He is also a Professor of Neurology.

At the end of the module examination department receive TOS from the respective year coordinators. It prepares exam schedule, conducts exams, managing answer sheet marking and prepares results. The department finally announces results.

Dr Farzana Azhar - MBBS, FCPS, MIGS, MHPE :
The Deputy Director supports the Director in managing the operations of the department and ensures effective implementation of educational policies, programs, and regulatory activities.
• Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing health profession education initiatives.
• Support the development and review of curricula, training programs, and educational standards.
• Coordinate with educational institutions, training centers, and regulatory authorities regarding program implementation and compliance.
• Monitor departmental projects, activities, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation related to departmental activities and educational outcomes.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and professional development activities for health professionals.
• Provide administrative and technical support in accreditation, evaluation, and quality assurance processes.
• Act on behalf of the Director in assigned matters when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director in line with departmental objectives.
Dr. Aaila Haider - MBBS Demonstrator Pharmacology :
The Coordinator supports the effective functioning of the Health Profession Education Department by facilitating communication, coordinating educational activities, and ensuring the smooth implementation of departmental programs and initiatives. She looks after study guides, teaching hours, JSMU and PMDC compliance, and all other related matters.
Dr. Ayesha Rizwan - MBBS, Demonstrator, Pathology :
Serves as the Associate Coordinator of DHPE. She looks after study guides, teaching hours, JSMU and PMDC compliance, and all other related matters.
Dr. Imdad Ali - MBBS, Demonstrator, Forensic Medicine :
Position: Manages all affairs related to Workshops and CMEs.
Dr. Affia Khalid - MBBS, Demonstrator, Biochemistry :
Responsible for LMS / Moodle management.
Dr. Zuna Ahmed - MBBS, Demonstrator :
Associate Coordinator for the CHPE Program.

The Admin Officer provides administrative support to department leadership, manages schedules, and coordinates meetings and events. He maintains records, handles communication, assists with preparing study guides, manages teaching hours, and assists in editing and laying out materials. The role also involves organizing faculty development programs and ensuring the smooth operation of departmental activities.

Provides admin support in the CHPE program.
