Day 3 of CHPE Batch 3, Module 3 was conducted at Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry (LCMD), with a focus on teaching strategies and professional development in the affective domain. The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Shirjeel, Dr. Farzana, and Dr. Ashraf. Participants engaged in interactive sessions on teaching strategies for the affective domain, with role play activities that enhanced practical understanding and learner engagement. This was followed by discussions on the role of the learning environment in professional development. The day also included a session on constructive feedback, highlighting effective techniques to support learner growth and professional behavior. Overall, Day 3 enhanced participants’ understanding of teaching approaches, learning environments, feedback strategies, and experiential learning in medical education.
