At Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry, we are committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of education, research, and healthcare delivery. Our Quality Enhancement Cell plays a pivotal role in this mission by continuously assessing, monitoring, and improving the quality of our academic and administrative processes. The QEC is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. We collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to implement best practices, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and enhance the overall educational experience. Our focus is to ensure that our institute adheres to both national and international standards, which we strive to achieve through multiple strategic initiatives. Through regular audits, feedback mechanisms, and evaluations, we strive to create an environment that supports academic rigor, critical thinking, and professional growth. Our goal is to prepare future healthcare leaders who are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also compassionate and ethical.

Functions of QEC

• To represent the College at Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and regional/national quality network meetings and be an ambassador for the College in a range of external environments.
• To play a central role in the development of the College’s quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures.
• To develop quality strategies to help the college achieve strategic goals.
• To work with college Faculties to ensure the successful implementation of college quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures.
• To establish and maintain effective Quality Assurance Functions for the college in compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• To plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives, and activities to ensure the quality and reliability of all Academic programs.
• Capacity building of its team through HEC training programs.
• To review processes in order to ensure that they align with current National/International Standards.
• QEC is responsible for the up-gradation of the following:
• Departmental review

• Subject review
• Institutional assessment
• Multi dimensional faculty evaluation
• Module evaluation
